Thaw & heat on stove top, over medium heat until desired temp, stirring occasionally. If frozen, push out of container and heat slowly over very low heat, stirring occasionally.
If thawed, place in 375º oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on desired temp & size. If frozen, place in a 300º oven for 60 minutes.
IN BOTH CASES: Leave the foil-backed lid on to keep on moisture.
For Pot Pies or other crusted casseroles:
If thawed, place in a 375º oven with the lid ON for 15 minutes, then remove the lid and return to oven for additional 10-15 minutes or until brown.
